The Department's description

Three storey rendered commercial building 2 bay with three windows to each bay on upper floors, segmental arches to first floor with stucco architraves. Fibre cement roof false three centred arched openings to second floor. Much modified from the original form including alterations to facilitate commercial retail to the ground floor.

Partial survey only.This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Since then the building has been much altered, and whilst of local interest does not meet the criteria required for listing. This partial record was made during the Second Survey.
