Exterior description and setting
Brick three-storey, two-bay houses off the East Way just above Lone Moor Road, laid out in 1896. Canted bay windows and wall-head gabled dormers. Square-headed openings with one-over-one timber sash windows. Built as a terrace of 22 houses, the upper attic level is a conglomeration of half-timberwork giving the appearance of an Elizabethan village perched on an Edwardian terrace.
