The Department's description

4 storey former factory building. Segmental headed windows with white glazed brick detail surrounds. Sill courses to all levels - concrete above. With brick cornice above second floor level. Third storey brown brick. Painted brick base to ground floor. RWG - uPVC. Modern extension to southeast replacement windows throughout.

Partial Survey Only - The building has been much altered and is not of sufficient architectural and historic interest to merit listing. Whilst not among the best examples of the type, this building remains of local interest.
