The Department's description

A former two-storey, three bay, pebble-dashed house with quoins. The house has been demolished to make way for Eglinton Airport.

The First Survey card records:

A two-storey, three bay, pebble-dashed house with quoins. The roof is slated, gables rise to rendered chimneys. A gabled porch with (?) bargeboard and sashed windows with vertical divisions is flanked on one side by a 16-pane sashed window, upper windows are 9-pane, all in plain (?) surrounds. Window on opposite side of porch has vertical divisions.
