Exterior description and setting
The Cumber House outbuildings comprise single-storey rendered hipped natural slate roofed buildings grouped around a rectangular courtyard. The outbuildings are located on the opposite side of the Cumber Road from Comber House (HB01/02/024A).
The front elevation faces NW and comprises a central three-centred coach arch flanked on either side by a dwelling each having a central entrance door (that to north is a modern replacement) surmounted by a radial fanlight and flanked by a uPVC window to either side.

Evaluation
The Comber House outbuildings comprise of single-storey rendered hipped natural slate roofed buildings grouped around a rectangular courtyard. The outbuildings are located on the opposite side of the Cumber Road from Comber House (HB01/02/024A).
While of local interest due to its relationship with Comber House, extensive alterations, including replacement fenestration throughout, have compromised its architectural and historic interest. It does not meet the statutory and policy tests as a building of special architectural or historic interest.
