The National Monuments Service's description
A house is depicted on the Down Survey barony map (1656-8) of Forth barony at Ballymurry (12). Oliver Eustace of Ballymurry is recorded on the Whitty memorial (WX052-002004-) in Kilmore church (WX052-002002-), dated 1649. According to the Book of Survey and Distribution (1660s) Robert Hay owned 65 acres at Ballymurry in 1640, and a total of 331 acres in Tacumshin parish (Simington 1953, 304-05). The precise location of this house is not known.
