The National Monuments Service's description
An ogham stone was identified on the Great Saltee Island by a Mr. Standish Grady of Dublin, but it is thought locally that the stone had been standing upright close to the farmhouse (Roche 1977, 26-7). When it was seen by (Macalister 1925) it was in the care of the parish priest of Piercetown, and it is now in the County Wexford Museum (WX020-031014-) at Enniscorthy Castle (WX020-031003-). It is described as a grit stone “2 feet, 9 inches by 9 inches” (c. 0.85m x c. 0.23m), with ogham inscribed in two lines on its curved surfaces. It has been read as: LONAMNI AVI BARI by Macalister (1945, vol. 1, 48).
