The National Monuments Service's description
Located on a level landscape. The faint cropmark of a circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) defined by a slight ditch feature that is incorporated into the ditches of field system (WX048-027----) is visible on aerial photographs (CUCAP, BDJ 2; ASIAP (265) 18-20). It is not visible at ground level in a cereal crop. The enclosure site (WX048-027001-) is c. 10m to the NE.
The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
