The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a small rise with a small SE-NW stream c. 120m distant S-W. This is a raised circular and grass-covered area (diam. 50m) defined by a scarp (H 1.1m at E to 1.9m at W) and hedge, with slight traces of a bank at SE. There is an entrance ramp (Wth 5m) at E but there is no visible fosse.
The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
