The National Monuments Service's description
Located on a level, low-lying landscape. This is a slightly raised and dished oval area (dims. c. 29m E-W; c. 26m N-S) defined by a low scarp (H 0.2-0.4m). There is no visible fosse or entrance and the interior is covered in scrub.
The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
