The National Monuments Service's description
Located on a level landscape. Archaeological monitoring (05E1096) uncovered a shallow oval pit (dims 2m E-W; 1.1m N-S) filled with burnt stone, spreads of burnt mound material and a nearby cobbled surface with a drainage gully. (Hurley 2009)
