The National Monuments Service's description
Aerial photographs (GB89.AO.01 & 04 and GB89.AO.36) show the cropmark of a large D-shaped enclosure (dims. c. 180m NW-SE; c. 100m NE-SW) defined by two closely spaded fosses, the ends of which extend to an escarpment overlooking a small stream. A cropmark of a circular enclosure (WX045-093002-) defined by a fosse is located in the south-eastern portion of the enclosure.
