The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on the crest of a low N-S ridge. The cropmark of a large oval enclosure (dims. c. 75m NW-SE x c. 60m NE-SW) defined by a single narrow feature is visible on aerial photographs (MM (9) 1, 2).
The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
