The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on the W side of the Rosslare sand-spit and on the W side of a N-S road. The church is dedicated to St. Breagh, which is probably Brioc and is cognate with Bridget. It was listed as a Catholic church dedicated to St. Breagh by Synnott in 1680 (Hore 1862, 69). According to John O’Donovan writing c. 1840 no trace of the church survived in the earlier 19th century (O'Flanagan 1933, vol. 1, 276), although local tradition believes the church is incorporated into a dwelling (ext. dims. 11.2m E W; 4.8m N S) on the site. There is no visible evidence of an enclosure or of burial, but archaeological testing (06E0099) recovered nine burials from the graveyard within the cottage where the S wall of the church was identified (Ó Drisceoil 2009). St Broagh's Well is c. 30m to the S.
