The National Monuments Service's description
Located on an E-facing slope. A magnetic gradiometer survey (20R0129) over an extensive area identified an enclosure (diam. c. 32m) defined by faint interrupted sections of a fosse overlaid by traces of field banks that are depicted on the 1839 edition of the OS 6-inch map. (Nicholls 2020, 11 F 35, Figs 11, 24)
