Situated in the valley of a small NW-SE stream, the headwaters of which are c. 90m to the SW, and at the base of a slight W-facing slope. This is a granite stone with an irregular cross-section (dims. 0.5m x 0.3m; H 1.35m). It has no detectable orientation but is leaning to the SW. Stainding stone (WX040-071----) is c. 160m to the S.
