The National Monuments Service's description

Marked as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 60m) only on the 1839 ed. of the OS 6 inch map, and situated on a slight E-facing slope. It is visible as a cropmark (diam. c. 35m) on aerial photographs (MM (29) 15-17; ASIAP, WX 98, 14-16; GB89.AO.13) and it is also visible on the photographs of Google Earth (2010).

The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
