The National Monuments Service's description
Situated just off the S side of a low hill. The Parish church of Chapel parish (WX031-001001-) is within a negleced circular graveyard (diam. c. 55-60m) defined by a stone-faced earthen bank and hedge. St Francis' Well (WX031-002----) is located c. 470m to the SSW.
