The National Monuments Service's description
Originally classified as an enclosure on the basis of an aerial photographs (ASIAP, WX 100, 34-6) but the images are very uncertain. However, an oval enclosure (dims c. 39m E-W; c. 36m N-S) defined by a wide fosse (Wth c. 2-4m) is clearly visible on Google Earth (14/07/2018) as was first reported by Simon Dowling. There could be an entrance gap (Wth c. 3m) at NNE.
