The National Monuments Service's description

Located towards the bottom of a SE-facing slope with a NE-SW section of the River Slaney c. 140m to the SE. The cropmark of a subrectangular area (int. dims c. 35m NW-SE; c. 30m NE-SW; ext. dims c. 50m NW-SE; c. 40m NE-SW) defined by two fosses is visible only on Google Earth (14/07/2018). It may be truncated by a NW-SE field bank at NE, and it was first reported by Simon Dowling.
