The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on top of a hill with the headwaters of the W-E Brackan River c. 150m to the N while the N-S Bann River is c. 1.7km to the W. The cropmark of rectangular enclosure (int. dims c. 30m NE-SW; c. 30m NW-SE) defined by two fosse features on each side is visible on aerial photographs (MM (52) 31–37). The inner fosse features are wider than the outer, and there is an entrance gap through both through both fosses on the NE side. A ring-ditch (diam. c. 10m) is overlapping the outer fosse at the E corner. It is also visible on Google Earth (14/07/2018).
