The National Monuments Service's description
Marked as a circuclar embanked enclosure on the 1839 ed. of the OS 6-inch map on the border with Co. Wicklow, and situated in the valley of a NE-SW stream. Circular overgrown area (diam. 20m) defined by earthen bank (Wth 2-4m; H 1.5-2m) with internal stone cladding. It is in centre of stream with a leat (now dry) breaching breaching the bank at NE, following the inner edge of bank at N and W and exiting at SW.
