The National Monuments Service's description
An irregular scatter of predominantly light brushwood and twigs (Wth 1.4m; D 0.45m). The wood is concentrated towards the centre of the site where the larger elements and a concentration of twigs occur. A single upright piece sits at an angle of 80°. The wood is in moderate condition. Evidence for woodworking is noted on three pieces which are cut to chisel points. The site lies in a moderately humified Sphagnum peat containing ericaceous remains and Eriophorum.
