The National Monuments Service's description

A roundwood, a piece of brushwood and a peg (Wth 0.27m; D 0.24m min.). The elements (diam. 0.045-0.075m) are closely set and in a good condition. The site is set in moderately humified Sphagnum peat with Eriophorum and some ericaceous roots. This site is 0.15m below SMR WM039-192---- and is one of nine closely situated sites along a 5m length of this drain including SMR WM039-217---- 0.4m to the NE and SMR WM039-216---- 1.1m to the SW.
