The National Monuments Service's description

An irregular scatter of brushwood and a single roundwood on (L 4.58m; Wth 3.4m; D 0.07m). The roundwood (diam. 0.061m) is milled at its upper end. It overlies two pieces of brushwood (diam. 0.02-0.022m) orientated NE-SW. A piece of twisted, tied wool (92E148:78) was recovered 0.12m to the W of this material. This site is located above well-humified Sphagnum peat.
