The National Monuments Service's description
An irregular scatter of light brushwood, twigs and stakes on the field surface (Wth 1.06m min.; D 0.04m). The brushwood (diam. 0.01-0.02m) is denser on the E side of the site and the twigs and three stakes are scattered throughout. A number of pieces of brushwood have metal toolmarks. The wood is in poor condition and is set in well humified Sphagnum peat with some Eriophorum and possibly intrusive fibrous roots. SMR WM039-090---- is located in the opposite drain face and SMR WM039-130---- is located 3.7m to the SW of this site.
