The National Monuments Service's description

An irregular spread (Wth 0.6m; D 0.2m) of seven pieces of brushwood on the field surface and in a drain face. The brushwood (diam. 0.016-0.04m) is in moderate condition. The wood is set in poorly humified Sphagnum peat with Eriophorum and some ericaceous roots. SMR WM039-132---- is located 0.62m below this site in the SE drain face.
