The National Monuments Service's description
Potential archaeological earthwork reported to the National Monuments Service by Dervla Foley of Teagasc, Mullingar, on the 08 April 1997. Circular-shaped grove of trees visible on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13. Depicted as a natural grove of tress possibly surrounding rock outcrop on 25-inch OSi map, not depicted as an antiquity on this map.
