The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on a slight rise, in gently undulating pasture, overlooking bog to S and SW. Ringfort (WM027-001----) lies c. 125m to NE. Depicted on the 1837 OS Fair Plan map as an oval-shaped enclosure annotated ‘fort’, with a small circular-shaped enclosure inside it. Levelled monument described in 1971 as no surface remains visible. There are large boulders piled against the modern field boundary at NW which may have come from the monument. The site would have been suitable for a ringfort. No surface remains visible today on Digital Globe aerial photography.
