The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a gentle SE-facing slope, in pasture with good views to NNW and SSE. Monument described in 1971 as a roughly circular-shaped area (diam. 26.4m) enclosed by a low earth and stone bank visible from SSE-S-W-N-NE, reduced to a scarp from SSE-S-SSW, disturbed in places and has been removed from NE-E-SSE. A possible entrance gap (Wth at top 1.9m; basal Wth 0.8m) in the bank at SW is defined on the SE side by two stones set on edge. The interior has a slight NNW-facing slope. Outline of monument visible on oblique aerial photograph (CUCAP AOY067) taken 12/07/1966.
