The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on a slight rise, in low-lying, wet pasture which is overlooked by higher ground from W-SW. Bivallate ringfort described as a roughly oval-shaped area (diam. 35m) enclosed by an inner bank, an intervening fosse and an outer bank. The monument is best preserved from SW-W. The interior has old cultivation ridges running NE-SW. A deep drain and field boundary running NE-SW truncates the NE quadrant of the interior. A Preservation Order was placed on this monument on 04/11/1983 (SMR file). No surface remains visible today of monument on Digital Globe aerial photographs.
