The National Monuments Service's description

Sited on a slight rise, overlooked by hill land, in pasture. Ringfort (WM020-136----) lies c. 120m to WSW. Not depicted on OS historic mapping. Monument described in 1970 as a circular-shaped area enclosed by a low sod-covered bank of earth and stone. It appears to have been constructed by placing large stones as facings and filling the core with smaller stones. Several slight disturbance gaps are visible in the bank. The original entrance is not recognisable. Partial cropmark of levelled monument is barely visible today on Digital Globe aerial photography.
