The National Monuments Service's description

Medieval church ruins (WM019-041---) stands in centre of graveyard (WM019-041001-) which contains memorials of post-medieval date. The quadrantal form of the graveyard boundary wall possibly indicates the presence of an Early Christian ecclesiastical enclosure (Swan 1988, 26).
