The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on gentle NE-facing slope near the top of a gently rising, yet prominent hill. Within the interior of ringfort (WM018-049----) and described in 1970 as the remains of three irregular-shaped house sites enclosed by grass-covered banks of earth and stone. A roughly rectangular-shaped house site (dims. 7.6m NE-SW; 4.3m NW-SE) enclosed by the grass-covered foundations (Wth 1.4m) of large stones, adjoins the inner bank within the NW quadrant. The house site bank retains a good deal of internal and external stone facing. It has disturbance breaches with a definite gap in the SE side, which may represent an entrance. A small, roughly rectangular house site enclosed by a grass-covered bank adjoins the inner bank within the W quadrant and adjoins the first hut site to SE. A third, subtriangular-shaped house site adjoins the inner bank of the ringfort in the SW quadrant, where it also adjoins the second house site to SE.
