The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a prominent circular-shaped knoll. The field fence running N-S which forms the townland boundary with Lecade lies less than 10m to E. This site has been levelled and is visible as an oval-shaped cropmark (approx. diam. 40m N-S; 65m E-W) on Digital Globe aerial photograph. Depicted as a large circular-shaped enclosure on the 1838 ed. OS 6-inch map.
