The National Monuments Service's description

Unlocated burials within the townland of Ballynacor (Cahill & Sikora 2011, vol. 2, 519). The files of the National Museum of Ireland records that in May 1934 an account of a discovery at Ballynacor, near Delvin, Co. Westmeath, was published in a newspaper. According to the short report, two human skeletons were uncovered. The precise location of the burials has not been ascertained but the report in the newspaper states that the county council were engaged in removing a corner of the road at Ballinacor. No further information is available (NMI File).
