The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on the summit of a fairly large ridge in undulating grassland, with commanding views of the surrounding countryside in all directions. A raised sub-circular shaped area (approx. diam. 30m NW-SE) enclosed by a poorly preserved fragmentary bank and shallow external fosse. Modern gap at WNW, no sign of original entrance feature. In the NW quadrant of the interior are the grass covered outline of a possible rectangular hut site (WM013-035001-). The perimeter of the ringfort has been quarried away at NE & S.
