The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on WNW facing slope of rising ground in undulating grassland. Possible hilltop enclosure (WM013-017---) 130m to SW. Depicted on the 1837 OS Fair Plan map as a small oval shaped earthwork annotated as ‘fort’. This site has been substantially levelled. Now only visible as a circular shaped area defined by a slight scarp (approx. diam. 21m NW-SE; 24m NE-SW). No other features visible.
