The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on SE facing slope of ridge with good views to SE, ringfort (WM012-064----) 60m to NW. Oval shaped area (approx. diam. 49m WNW-ESE; 43m NNE-SSW) defined by a scarp (H 0.7m) with suggestions of an external fosse visible from NW-S-SSE. A modern field fence & trench run outside the scarp from N-W-SW. The interior slopes appreciably SE. Now visible as a faint cropmark on Digital Globe aerial photograph taken November 2011. Curving field boundary visible from SW-W-N follows the line of the enclosing bank.
