The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a natural rise of ground with good views of the surrounding countryside. A small circular shaped area (approx. diam. 18m WSW-ENE) enclosed by a poorly preserved earthen bank and shallow external fosse. A field boundary intersects the monument from SW-W-NW, and the perimeter has been steepened here.
