The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a slight natural rise in gently undulating grassland. Overlooked by higher ground to the NW, with good views in other directions. Ringfort (WM009-025----) 180m to WNW. Ringfort (WM009-027---) 140m to SE. A sub-circular circular shaped area (approx. diam. 18m N-S; 20m E-W) enclosed by two poorly preserved earthen banks and an intervening fosse with possible entrance gap (Wth 1.8m) at ENE. The fosse is visible from E-S-W, while the low outer bank is visible from E-S-SSW. A rectangular house site (WM009-026001-) is visible in the interior.
