The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on the E shoreline of Lough Derravaragh, immediately W of the townland boundary with Streamstown, in the S corner of the townland of Ringstown. Depicted as a circular shaped earthwork (diam. c. 38m) on the 1st. ed. OSi 6-inch map, but not indicated on subsequent editions of the OSi historic maps. Faint outline of cropmark of circular-shaped earthwork visible on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13.
