The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a slight rise in gently undulating pasture land with good views in all directions. Bog 220m to NW. Earthwork (WM006-030----) 370m to NNW. Depicted as a circular enclosure on the 1837 ed. OS 6-inch map, this site has been substantially levelled. What remains is a slightly raised circular area (approx. diam. 32m N-S; and 34m E-W) enclosed by a poorly preserved earthen bank only visible from W-N-NNE and a shallow poorly preserved fosse (Wth 2.5m) and a well preserved outer bank only visible from W-N-E. The slightly raised interior has vague traces of cultivation ridges which run E-W.
