The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on a slight natural rise on poorly drained land with good views of the surrounding countryside. Ringfort (WM005-016----) located 90m to SSE. Poorly preserved ringfort consists of a roughly circular area (diam. 29m N-S) defined by a very low earth and stone bank best preserved from S-W-NW and an external fosse only visible from S-W-NW. No trace of any entrance feature. The interior is uneven with stones and small boulders projecting from the surface. The interior is bisected by a bank and fosse running NE-SW through the centre. The interior is fairly level and has been cut by a number of later shallow trenches, probably drainage features. The enclosing bank has been levelled from SE-S.
