The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on top of a prominent steep-sided hillock with extensive views of undulating countryside to NW and S. Outline of levelled ringfort visible on Digital Globe aerial photographs taken November 2011. Described in 1973 as the site of a recently levelled monument consisting of a circular-shaped area defined by a levelled bank visible as a zone of stony earth with slight indication of a filled in fosse visible at N. No evidence of an entrance feature. A shallow irregular depression to NW of centre is of unknown significance, but looks as if it due to disturbance.
