The National Monuments Service's description
Price (1958, 359) refers to ‘Father Shearman suggested in 1874, and it seems quite possible, that Laragh may be identified with Láthruch Da Arad, where Iserninus is said to have founded a church’. If this church is within Laragh townland, the exact location is unknown.
