The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on level ground partly within a strip of woodland along the S edge of a roadway. Circular enclosure (diam. 30m) defined by an earth and stone bank best preserved at the E and S (Wth 2-2.4m; H 0.2-1m). The entrance (Wth 2m) at the NE is marked by boulder-faced bank terminals. No indication of a fosse or internal features.
