The National Monuments Service's description
According to Doyle (OPW files, 9/04/1935) a 'pre-historic burial' was found on a farm in Kilpipe and 'the structure consisted of a number of pillar stones of approx. about 3 ft. [0.91m] each in length, they stood partly upright enclosing a space which ... was partly oblong rather than circular'. A broken vessel, desribed as a 'stone vessel' was found against one of the stones. This is possibly a cist. The precise location of this monument is unknow.
