The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on a gentle S/SE-facing slope. Bivallate oval ringfort (dims. 40m NW-SE; 36.5m NE-SW) defined by a shaly earthen bank (Wth 4.5m; max. H 0.8-1.6m), an external fosse (Wth 2.2m; D 0.5-1m) and an outer bank (Wth 2.9m; H 0.7m). There is an entrance in the bank (Wth 2.2m) at the WNW with a possible causeway, now obscured by field clearance. No indication of internal features.
