The National Monuments Service's description
A granite block (48cm x 52cm) with a circular bowl (diam. 27cm; max. D 10cm). The surface around the circumference of the bowl is defaced. Moved from this church site at Castletimon sometime after 1990 to its present location beside the steps of 'Brittas Church' where it is embedded in cement which has '2000' etched into it (see WI036-082---- for present location record).
